Location: Hoofddorp / Hybrid
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our digital team and help turn data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive product and marketing improvements through data storytelling, dashboarding, and experimentation.
What you'll do:
Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and opportunities
Build interactive dashboards and define key performance indicators
Partner with engineers to ensure accurate and cohesive data integration
Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Contribute to data-driven decision-making across digital platforms
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, within e-commerce, digital platforms or logistics
Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI
Proficiency in Python or R
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Experience with Git/GitHub and DBT is a plus
