Hybrid role based in Crawley - Onsite 2 days per week.

This role will be responsible for all data-related activities within the department and supporting department members.

The responsibilities include supporting team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing analytical solutions, and delivering actionable insights to improve business performance and efficiency.

Primary focus will be providing professional support related to data and applications to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration Support
Administer and support various Sales & Service Administration tools, including:

• Power BI
• SQL
• Excel

Desirable skills include:

• Microsoft Dynamics365 (Sales & Service CRM)
• ClickLearn
• SharePoint
• Crystal Reports
