Role OverviewAs a Product Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, optimize performance, and support business decisions. You'll design and maintain reporting tools, contribute to the analytics roadmap, and act as a bridge between technical data and commercial strategy.
This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills. You'll be expected to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, product, and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver insights across product usage, customer behavior, and commercial performance
- Design and optimize reporting and analytics solutions with the Head of Data
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and engagement drivers
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and commercial teams
- Translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Support urgent data requests and contribute to long-term analytics strategy
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Looker and BigQuery
- Participate in ETL processes and data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, ideally within e-commerce, subscription services, gaming, or other fast-paced industries
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets
- Proficiency in Python, Looker, and BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and dashboard development
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
