Data Analyst - Executive Compensation

The Role

1. Collect data on executive and non-executive remuneration from publicly disclosed sources, collaborating with an international team.
2. Help maintain, update, and develop new and existing tools and databases.
3. Ensure excellent data quality and accuracy.
4. Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop intellectual capital based on UK and global insights.
5. Prepare reports and support ad-hoc requests for client and marketing purposes.

Qualifications The Requirements

• A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and fully understand a subject down to the last detail.
• Able to work independently and effectively, but also work collaboratively.
• Solid Excel and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in the area of board compensation is a plus.
