Our client, a well-established business based in Northampton, is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to play a key role in delivering actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the organisation.

Responsibilities Data Analytics & Insights

• Write SQL queries to extract and analyse data.
• Create reports and dashboards using analytics tools.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders to guide decisions.
• Track performance and trends across departments.

Data Management

• Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM and internal systems.
• Manage third-party data and enrichment processes.
• Ensure data governance and integrity.

Data Strategy

• Shape and refine data strategy to support growth.
• Improve data architecture, reporting, and integrations.
• Recommend tools and processes to scale data use.
• Enable data-driven targeting, efficiency, and sales.
