What You'll Do
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You'll also engage directly with Danish-speaking clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored marketing solutions. This is not a purely marketing role-it also includes strategic sales tasks to help clients grow their businesses.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand client goals and deliver comprehensive ad strategies.
- Analyzing campaign data to provide actionable insights that improve performance.
- Engaging directly with Danish-speaking business clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Addressing client inquiries and offering strategic guidance to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Staying informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and Google's evolving product suite.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (native or near-native level) and solid communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital platforms, and CRM tools is desirable.
