D365 F&O Planning Consultant - Hybrid - 3+ Months

We're looking for an experienced D365 F&O Consultant to support a standard-first implementation across manufacturing, planning, and asset management. You'll validate end-to-end processes, ensure optimal use of out-of-the-box functionality, and help guide the project toward minimal customization.

• Validate and refine standard D365 F&O process flows in planning, production, shop floor, and asset maintenance.
• Challenge and review functional designs to ensure alignment with standard capabilities and best practices.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend standard features over custom development.
• Provide hands-on expertise with MRP, Production Control, Shop Floor Execution, and Asset Management.
• Support teams with planning, scheduling, BOMs, routes, work orders, preventive maintenance, and execution reporting.

• Strong functional experience with D365 F&O in manufacturing, planning, and asset management.
• Deep understanding of standard D365 processes and a strong standard-first mindset.
• Experience facilitating fit-gap workshops and validating end-to-end ERP flows.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Contract length: 3months +
• Freelance - part time (20hours/week)
