D365 F&O Integration & Interface Consultant - Remote - 3+months

D365 F&O Integration & Interface Consultant (Pharma Industry)

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Integration & Interface Consultant to support two new ERP projects currently in the initiation phase. This role will help shape the integration landscape from the ground up-defining concepts, validating designs, and establishing a scalable, future-proof integration baseline for a newly built application landscape.

What you'll do

• Support and validate the design and implementation of D365 F&O inbound and outbound integrations.
• Challenge and improve proposed interface designs and integration patterns to ensure quality and long-term scalability.
• Define and implement standardized integration frameworks, including error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing.
• Work hands-on with D365 F&O integration technologies such as OData, Data Entities, Batch processing, APIs, and event-based/messaging patterns.
• Ensure all integrations follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and functional teams to align integration strategy with the overall ERP concept.
• Contribute to building a new integration baseline for the ERP ecosystem across two major pharma projects.

What we're looking for

• Proven expertise in D365 F&O integrations (design, build, validation).
• Strong understanding of ERP integration architecture and how to design scalable, reusable interface patterns.
• Experience supporting early-phase ERP/technology programs (concept definition, integration strategy).
• Ability to guide technical discussions and provide expert input into integration decisions.
• Background in the pharma industry is a plus but not required.
