Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)

Are you a Finance Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? Ready to join a fast-paced retail business at a critical stage of their ERP journey?

I'm working with a leading end user in the retail sector who is mid-implementation of D365 F&O and looking for a Finance BA to help drive the success of their transformation programme.

You'll be be part of a high-performing team of BAs and PMs (12+ strong) with the opportunity to shape the future of finance systems in a major retail bran who have long-term vision to build out a full in house permanent internal team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead finance-focused business analysis across core modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements during the build phase
• Identify and resolve functional gaps as the implementation progresses
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, operations, and manufacturing
• Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvements

• Proven experience as a Finance BA on D365 F&O or similar ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting in a retail or product-based environment
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in London)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with evolving requirements
