D365 BC Developer - Team Lead - £90k

We are seeking an experiencedBC Developerto lead and manage a development team while remaining hands-on with delivery. This role combines technical expertise, people management, and project leadership to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality D365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Central developers, driving performance, utilisation, and professional development
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across D365 Business Central development, architecture, and best practices
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business goals are met
• Manage development resources, identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Ensure strong documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to development standards
• Manage development budgets and support cost-effective delivery

Experience

• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing development projects
• Strong expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central(development, customisation, integrations)
• In-depth knowledge ofAL languageand Business Central best practices
• Experience withAPI integrations, web services, and data migration
• Familiarity withAzure services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong project management, prioritisation, and delivery skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities

Salary

£90,000 per annum
