The role is based in London (on a hybrid basis) and pays up to c£100,000 depending on experience.Our client's Cyber Security consulting team delivers best in class cyber assurance, strategic advice, and executive guidance to global clients, empowering them to design, implement, and maintain resilient digital environments.As an Associate Director you will lead the delivery of advisory and assurance services, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive practice growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee end to end delivery of strategic cyber security engagements, managing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder relationships across national and international assignments. Drive consulting sales cycles from opportunity identification, proposal development through to successful delivery. Act as a trusted senior adviser, providing expert guidance in enterprise cyber risk management, operating model design, and regulatory compliance. Mentor, coach, and develop consulting talent, leading teams and investing in succession planning for future leaders. Contribute to practice growth, capability development, and quality assurance, shaping methodologies and service offerings. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and integrity aligned to firm values and business objectives. Background Proven expertise in leading and delivering complex cyber advisory projects in consulting environments, with demonstrable success engaging senior stakeholders. Recognised professional qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer, MSc Information Security). Outstanding strategic, analytical, and leadership skills; credible communicator able to distil technical concepts for executive audiences. Track record of building client trust, managing relationships at Board level, and influencing client strategy. Passion for developing talent and driving practice excellence through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
