Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Due to continued growth across Ireland, they are now seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Cyber Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion throughout Ireland. Working closely with highly skilled cyber security specialists, you will identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and establish long-term client relationships.
This position offers significant autonomy, the backing of a recognised cyber security brand, and the chance to represent the business across a variety of industry sectors and events.
About You
We're keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who can demonstrate a successful track record of business development and revenue generation across multiple industries.
Whilst experience within the cyber security market would be highly advantageous, there is flexibility regarding the products or services you have previously represented. Candidates with experience in technology, professional services, consultancy, managed services, SaaS, or other complex solution-led sales environments are encouraged to apply.
You will possess:
* A proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth.
* A sound understanding of the cyber security marketplace and current industry trends.
* Experience managing the full sales life cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and successful contract closure.
* The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels within an organisation.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
* A professional and resilient approach, maintaining high standards regardless of the outcome of opportunities pursued.
* The confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused mindset.
* Degree-level education is not essential; however, relevant professional qualifications and certifications will be viewed favourably.
What Can You Expect to Be Doing as a Cyber Business Development Manager?
* Strategically identify and pursue new opportunities for cyber security services across Ireland.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
* Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers across a diverse range of industries.
* Work closely with cyber security consultants and technical specialists to create tailored client solutions.
* Lead client engagements from prospecting through to proposal submission, negotiation and contract closure.
* Represent the company professionally at conferences, exhibitions, networking events and client meetings.
* Create and execute account growth strategies to maximise client value and revenue opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging cyber security developments.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
