Customer Team Member: Retail & Bakery, Flexible Shifts

Co-op Digital in Louth is seeking a Customer Team Member to join our store team on a part-time basis. The role is 12 hours per week with regular overtime and a permanent contract, and pays £13.04 per hour. You will receive full paid training and may work early mornings, weekends or bakery duties.

You'll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support on-site services such as post office or online orders. You must be 18+ and flexible across shifts to fit the needs of the store.
