Job Description
Overview

Customer Team Member

Location: Building 25 The Mill, Horton Kirby, DA4 9BD

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 21 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

Full, paid training provided

Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help put things right when needed
  • Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
  • Be hands-on on the shop floor and tills and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
  • Maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
  • Ensure the store is safe and compliant with legal requirements; manage prices, product dates, and temperatures as needed
  • Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community

  • Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential)
