Location: 9-10 Market Place, Ferryhill, DL17 8JN

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 18 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview.

Join us as a Customer Team Member and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co op store. You'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast moving environment, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on the store, this could involve working in the post office, bakery, or picking and packing online orders for home delivery.

You'll help keep our shelves stocked, support sales, and ensure customers can find what they need. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. What you'll do

• Support the day to day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to resolve issues when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Promote Co op Membership and support your local community
