Location: High Street, Cottenham, CB24 8QP
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from mid afternoon to 10 pm; Saturday 10 am 6 pm. Includes in store bakery duties. We're happy to discuss availability further at interview.

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co op.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store such as restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do- Friendly and thoughtful service - putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co op products and Membership, working in our in store bakery, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal - keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are all correct.
- Help introduce new products and services - making changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community - getting involved in all kinds of activities and events.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
