Location: Sea Road Winchelsea Beach, Winchelsea, TN36 4LE
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 14 hours per week + regular overtime, 4 month seasonal temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery
Full, paid training provided
Eligibility: You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve working before 6am or after 10pm, or other business related needs.
We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co op.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. You'll provide great service on the tills and shop floor, and perform a wide range of other tasks around the store such as restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do- Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co op products and Membership, working in our in store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support the local community - get involved in activities and events.
- Genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
