Customer Team Member - Local Store, Flexible Shifts & Training

Co op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our Bridport store. You'll help deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor, tills, or post/bakery areas, depending on the store needs. Full paid training provided, and you'll promote Co op membership while supporting local communities.

Role requires flexible, weekend availability and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy store environment. Competitive hourly pay and a permanent part-time contract are offered.
