Customer Team Leader

Location: Commercial Street Nelson, Caerphilly, CF46 6NF

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, 12 month temporary contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Possible shifts include Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday or Sunday. Availability will be discussed at interview.

What you'll do

• Own the day to day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
• Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
• Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth

What you'll bring
