Customer Team Leader

Location: 197 - 201 Wilton Road, Salisbury, SP2 7JY

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 12-30 hours per week + regular overtime; permanent contract, part-time.

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts with flexibility across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6 pm, any shift on Saturday or Sunday). Availability to be discussed in interview.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth.

What you'll bring

• Passion for people and leadership.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and lead by example.
• Experience or skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (experience not essential).
