Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 17:00

We are now seeking a compassionate and organised Aftercare Specialist to join our team and support our patient's post-treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients' post-treatment to ensure they feel supported and informed.
- Address patient concerns, providing guidance and liaising with clinical staff when necessary.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate ongoing care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow GDPR compliance.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to aftercare.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer Care Experience
- A caring and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
