Customer Support Specialist - Part-Time, 30hrs

NES Fircroft in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 30-hour week on a 10-12 month contract. You will answer calls and emails, resolve client issues, raise returns and invoices, and work on root-cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.

The role requires the ability to multi-task, deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, and strong IT skills (SAP is an advantage, with training provided).
