Job Description
Position Overview 
You will be the first point of contact for users, providing support via live chat, calls, and emails across both the English and French versions of the SeedLegals platform. Your role involves responding to login issues, guiding users through legal documents, coordinating with internal teams, writing support articles, managing document filings in France and the UK, and contributing to efficiency projects.
Location & SalaryThis hybrid role requires occasional attendance at the London or Paris offices and requires you to be based in the UK or France. The annual starting salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of call for users via live chat, calls, and emails.
- Resolve login and platform usage issues.
- Provide one on one product specific support via email and video calls.
- Produce articles and support resources in English and French.
- File documents with relevant administrative bodies in France and the UK.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing, legal) to improve support and platform scalability.
- Proven experience in customer service or support (email, phone, live chat).
- Proficiency with a CRM such as HubSpot and a digital first support environment.
- Phenomenal English and French communication skills, able to translate complex legal, tax, and equity jargon.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs, working well under pressure and de escalating challenging situations.
- Proactively seeks and applies feedback, motivated to take on more responsibility.
- Passion for innovation and a genuine interest in the startup and investment landscape.
- Anticipates issues and adds value to the customer experience with strong organisational skills.
- Driven to deliver a customer experience aligned with SeedLegals' values and tone.
