Job Description

Wonderkind is currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional support to our users and contribute to maintaining and enhancing our Knowledge Base.


As Customer Support Intern, here are your key responsibilities:


  • Support Tickets: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Proactive Support: Take initiative in addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance:
  • Update existing articles to reflect changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Create new articles for feature releases to help users maximize the tool's potential.
  • Monitor Trends: Analyze ticket patterns to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
  • Hotjar Insights: Assist in using Hotjar to analyze user behavior and improve the customer journey.
  • Video Content: Collaborate with team members to create engaging tutorial videos for the Knowledge Base.

Job requirements:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communication, or technology).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure documentation is accurate and thorough.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support tools (e.g., ticketing systems such as Hubspot, and chat platforms such as Intercom) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Hubspot, and/or Intercom is an advantage but not required.
