Job Description
Job description As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of the company's expanding German customer base. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the ordering process.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Process customer orders and manage their accounts.
  • Review customer designs and orders for quality, including spelling and grammar checks.
  • Occasionally collaborate with the Dutch team, providing support as needed.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to team projects.
  • Utilize various software systems, including CRM and ticketing platforms.
Requirements The ideal candidate is a highly communicative and empathetic individual with a passion for customer service. You excel at problem-solving, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and possess excellent attention to detail. Strong language skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Speak German C2 and Dutch B2 (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Experience with customer support (preferred)
  • Proficiency with various software systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Please note that the client is unable to provide sponsorship/work permits and is not open to relocation for this role. Working conditions
  • Salary range: Depending on experience (to be discussed during the interview process)
  • Flexible working hours between 24-32 per week, with the possibility of 36 or 40 hours.
  • One-year contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
  • Weekend work required (at least one weekend day per month, from home).
  • On-site lunch prepared by a chef.
