Job Opportunity: Customer Support Engineer

Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to join our leading client based in Edinburgh. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the customer site in the area is operational according to the Company's contractual obligations.
2. Provide structured customer training.
3. Submit paperwork in accordance with company and customer guidelines.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Specific product training in BPS M5/M7, C1, BPS C4, C2, C5, X8, Laurel Note counters, Erapa equipment (as appropriate), Datacard products, Bowe Systec, Canon Printers.
• Fully IT conversant across a range of packages.

Desirable Experience:

• Engineering apprenticeship.
• Electrical apprenticeship.
• CSCS certification.
