Customer Support Coordinator (Temp to Perm)

Immediate start - this is likely to be in the next 1 2 weeks so we can only consider candidates with either no notice or up to 1 week maximum.

Location: Outskirts of Tonbridge - driver essential unless you live in Tonbridge or the surrounding area.

£15.00 - £16.00 per hour as a temp with weekly pay.

Up to £29,600 once permanent.

We're recruiting a proactive and customer focused Customer Support Coordinator on a temp to perm basis, supporting customers who have purchased a product under warranty.

You'll take ownership of customer queries, issues, and complaints, coordinating actions through to resolution while keeping customers fully informed and ensuring service levels are met.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, remains calm under pressure and enjoys working collaboratively while confidently managing their own workload.

This is a full time, office based role within a supportive team of seven, offering excellent training delivered online, in person, and on the job.

The role begins with structured shadowing to learn systems, processes, and team dynamics, with strong progression opportunities supported by a highly experienced manager. You will manage a set of regional customers, primarily via email, using an internal task dashboard, while also providing updates and liaising with external contractors by phone.

Success in this role requires confidence, a willingness to learn, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, with full training provided to handle a wide range of customer queries. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and use initiative to solve problems
  • A calm, resilient, and measured approach in challenging situations
