Key Responsibilities

Provides expert advice and support on roof window products, both before and after installation. This customer-facing role involves handling technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other channels with clear, accurate technical guidance.
  • Support customers with product selection, specifications, and installation planning, including advice on regulations and best practice.
  • Troubleshoot post-installation issues such as faults, installation errors, and warranty claims, escalating or arranging site visits where needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the support process.
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex cases when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, installation methods, and technical developments.
  • Undertake additional duties as required in line with business needs.
