Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Start in one of our branches, supporting customers side-by-side
  • Transition to working from home, handling inbound calls
  • Help customers through a range of channels including social media, web-chat and remote video appointments
  • Resolve banking tasks, offering reassurance, guidance and practical support
  • Recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 month's customer service experience
  • Suitable home working environment including a private area to take inbound calls
  • Stable/secure Wi-Fi connection to serve customers effectively
  • Advocates of Lloyds Banking Group's products and services
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs
  • Excellent knowledge of our products and services
