Role Overview
Multis UK Limited is seeking a reliable Customer Support team member to assist users across its online marketplace platforms. The position offers flexible work arrangements (part-time, full-time, or contract) in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Answer user inquiries via email and online support channels in a clear, friendly manner.
• Platform & Account Management: Assist users with marketplace features, user accounts, and ad placements.
• Content Moderation: Review reported listings/content and escalate technical or safety issues to internal teams.
• Internal Collaboration: Utilize internal administrative tools and coordinate with development and marketing departments.

Key Requirements

• Communication & Skills: Strong written English with clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic computer and internet proficiency, with the capacity to learn new software systems quickly.
• Work Ethic: High reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a remote team setup.
• Previous experience in customer support, online classifieds, e-commerce, or social platforms.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Familiarity with using AI tools for customer support workflows and content moderation.
