About Your New Job
  • As a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage demand fulfillment and oversee logistics for a dedicated customer portfolio as an integral part of the demand creation team within a leading corporate supply chain organization.
  • You will:
    • Act as the daily point of contact for key customers, delivering premium service to internal and external partners.
    • Oversee and monitor logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers worldwide.
    • Utilize reporting platforms to gather and present key data to customers, external stakeholders, and management teams.
    • Collaborate closely within a fast-paced, multicultural team and have opportunities to travel to customer and company sites.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence.
What Skills You Need
  • 3rd level qualification in a business or related discipline (Supply Chain/Operations emphasis preferred) or 1-3 years of proven experience in supply chain or customer-related environments.
  • Fluency in English (an additional European language is an advantage).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, CRM, Jira, and Tableau.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience building key customer relationships and delivering service excellence.
  • Adaptability for a dynamic business environment and a proactive, detail-focused, zero-defect mindset.
