What You'll Do

• Partner with high-growth companies to consult and fulfill critical hiring needs.

• Guide clients and candidates through the interview, offer, and closing stages.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar experience.
• Ambitious, resilient communicators looking to build a high-earning career.
• Dublin-based or relocating, with the ability to be in the office Monday-Friday.

Compensation

• Year 1 Earnings - €47,000+ Year 2: €75,000+, Year 3: €100,000+
• Starting Base & Achievable Bonus - €38,0000
• Commission - Paid Monthly, Uncapped
