Help Sleek achieve its revenue target by renewing all services in our existing clientele.
Responsibilities- Achieve cash collection targets on a monthly basis across renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
- Deliver customer satisfaction at the highest level.
- Ensure renewal rates are optimal on a monthly basis.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the pipeline, track it data driven, and prioritise ticket resolution to drive monthly targets.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (accounting, corpsec, product, data) to improve renewal processes, share best practices and be proactive.
- 8-10 years in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success, with sales targets and extensive customer facing experience.
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, and fast paced environments.
- Exposure to diverse cultures, as clients are global.
- Ability to resolve issues through internal and external collaboration.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
- Experience handling complex customers and troubleshooting/escalations.
- Proactive in taking new projects to completion.
