Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: London, (Bishopsgate) - Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days on site)

Salary: Up to £48,000

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring seamless integration, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction. You'll manage integration support cases, monitor performance, and proactively resolve challenges to keep clients engaged and successful.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Define and align project goals, scope, budget, and resources with all stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the full life cycle of integration-related support cases
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective handover of integration cases.
  • Monitor integration health, usage patterns, and support trends to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of integration scenarios, resolutions, and key learnings
  • Support change management efforts when clients modify systems or workflows
  • Lead end-to-end digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and successful delivery.
  • Oversee SaaS solution implementation and life cycle management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into clear business insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven experience in SaaS project management and customer success.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or structured project management (eg, V-Model).
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus)
