Location: Greater London

Hybrid, 3 days per week

£50,000 to £55,000

A fast-growing company in the iGaming sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the team. This role will focus on managing relationships with key partners as the primary point of contact, as well as driving account growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with iGaming partners
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships
  • Work closely with partners to align on marketing campaigns and product integrations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of account or partnership management experience, ideally in the iGaming industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing B2B relationships and delivering commercial results
  • Strong commerical acumen and excellent communication
