About the role
As a result of our success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join us. You'll work alongside our go-to-market teams to grow, retain, and care for well-known brands such as Asos, Gymshark, Lego, and many more!
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the account management team in demonstrating the value our products bring to clients' businesses.
- Conducting kick-off calls to ensure new clients understand our value proposition.
- Updating clients on progress through monthly and quarterly reviews to maintain accountability and align with their strategic goals.
- Implementing and managing success plans.
- Identifying brands at risk of churn and planning to mitigate issues.
- Recognizing opportunities for expansion.
- Conducting campaign reviews to set goals, analyze data, and suggest optimizations for further growth.
A little about you
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working across multiple product lines.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics regularly to inform decisions.
- Experience recommending and implementing program optimizations.
- Ability to identify and generate opportunities for expansion and upselling.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Affiliate experience is preferred but not essential.
