In This Role, You Will:
- Lead enterprise onboarding, adoption, and retention across multiple accounts
- Design and scale repeatable success strategies with a focus on automation
- Be the go-to advisor for clients, supporting them through transformation and change
- Deliver customer training programs that shorten time-to-value and drive product stickiness
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales to keep the customer at the centre of every decision
- Monitor account health and surface expansion opportunities early
- 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts in a high-growth SaaS or AI/automation setting
- Strong project management skills and a track record of scaling customer engagement models
- Confident communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence across levels
- Familiarity with success metrics, retention playbooks, and automation strategy
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Fully remote setup (Europe-based) with autonomy and trust from day one
