Customer Success Lead: Growth & Platform Adoption

Trybe is seeking a Customer Success Lead to own and nurture client relationships, deeply understand client goals, and drive long-term engagement across our hotel, spa, and wellness platform.

You will lead a team of CSMs, promote best practices, and collaborate with Product to influence roadmaps while tracking health metrics and reducing churn. A hybrid work model is available, with in-office and remote days.
