Customer Success Executive - Join a Growing, High Energy Team!

Contract: 4-6 weeks with potential for extension
Model: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30
Daily Rate: £96 per day + holiday pay
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Stafford area

About the Role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to support a fast paced, rapidly growing operation. If you love helping people, staying organised, and being at the heart of customer experience-this is your moment.

You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the problem solver in the inbox, and the go to person keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
• Managing around 60 inbound calls per week
• Keeping CRM systems up to date and running efficiently
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and spotting opportunities to improve
• Coordinating communication across teams
• Supporting with day to day admin to keep customer journeys seamless

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or Retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
