Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS implementation
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) or similar digital tools

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach
Bonus Skills
