Job Description
Customer Success Executive

CREGG are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Customer Success Executive to join our client in their Ennis office on a hybrid basis. This is a full-time, permanent position. The Customer Success Executive role combines account management, business development, and sales support, with a strong focus on client engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the sales journey, from onboarding to closing sales.
  • Arrange, attend and present at client meetings as required and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide outstanding service.
  • Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Identify, generate, and secure new leads through networking, proactive outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to leverage marketing campaigns for policyholder sign-ups.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the UK and Ireland Sales teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, exhibitions, recruitment drives and corporate events.
  • Attend external events, networking with key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales Administration, or Account Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with corporate clients and policyholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Understanding of health insurance products or corporate healthcare plans is advantageous.
