Pod Point, Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Executive for a 12-month placement year in London.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and resolving queries while building trust and ensuring a smooth experience. You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the London office) with a focus on delivering proactive, clear guidance and solutions that support customers through their EV charging journey.
