Customer Success Advisor - Waste Services (9-Month Contract)

Biffa is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 9-month maternity cover, based in Wednesbury. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, delivering outstanding service and proactive support across phone, email and other channels.

You will build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and work with internal teams to secure renewals and identify growth opportunities, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and health and safety.
