Customer Success Advisor - 9 Month Contract

SSE plc in Havant is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 9 month fixed term contract. You will support customers applying for new electricity connections or changes to the network, via phone and email, guiding them through the end to end process.

You'll provide proactive updates, explain next steps, and strive to keep customers informed, reassured and confident throughout their journey. The role is office based, 37 hours per week, with a standard 08:00-17:00 schedule.
