Customer Solution Manager - Madrid & London

At HY Legal and Services, we are currently seeking a Customer Solution Manager on behalf of one of our valued international clients. In this role, you will support the technical onboarding and integration of strategic merchants into a dynamic short-form video commerce ecosystem.

This is a temporary 6-month contract, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, commerce, and content, helping global businesses implement scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Location: Madrid, Spain & London, UK (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Contract: 6 months (temporary)

Language: English required; Spanish is a plus

Industry: E-commerce / Digital Platforms / Social Commerce

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical advisor during the onboarding of key merchants
• Manage integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Netsuite, and other OMS tools
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and engineering
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Collect market insights to support product improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical account management, pre-sales, or solution architecture
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms and APIs
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Availability to work fully onsite in either Madrid or London
