Hours: full time - 35 hours/week - Fixed term 12 months
Salary: £25,516.64

About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our tenants based at our Bradford Customer Service Contact Centre. This is a generic and rewarding role - and a challenging one. You will be required to take incoming calls from our tenants, diagnose repairs, liaise with contractors, keep tenants up to date, make outbound calls to improve the overall service levels and will be committed to Habinteg's inclusive housing mission.
