Job Description
Customer Service Advisor, Harlow, 31 hrs/wk

Location: Harlow, ESSEX, GB, CM20 2GJ

Shift Patterns: This role includes some weekends. Confirm you can fulfil these requirements before applying.

Based at the National Distribution site, the main function is to provide exceptional 5 star customer service and expert advice to consumers, trade customers, and internal stakeholders across multiple channels including email, telephone, live chat, social media, and letter. You will work within set guidelines and adhere to KPI targets, aiming to deliver 5 star Clarins service while monitoring costs and environmental impact.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with confidence communicating at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure
  • Awareness of GDPR
  • Previous experience with Zendesk or Salesforce is an advantage
