Job Description
Wandsworth (hybrid working- 4 days in office ) to £30,000 + bonus

Must have fluent English / Spoken French

Our client, a fantastic family-run business that manufactures & supplies high-quality products to the commercial horticultural industry internationally, is seeking a permanent sales administrator to complement their team.

We are looking for a friendly, helpful and customer-focused individual, ideally with previous export and shipping/supplier administration experience, who would love to work for a friendly, progressive and humble organisation. In this role, you will help support the sales team in order processing, logistics, data entry and other general administration.

  • Preparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Organising transport and logistics for deliveries to customers
  • Co-ordinating order and shipping/ delivery planning
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their order
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
  • Data reporting
  • Proof reading marketing materials
  • Attending and assisting tradeshows
  • Organising team meetings

This role will see you working in a small but close-knit supportive team and office environment.

Salary will be dependent upon experience
