Customer Service Specialist

Build meaningful client relationships in a growing health clinic, with training included

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Conduct follow ups and guide clients through treatment decisions
• Support clinic revenue through conversion of existing leads
• Manage bookings, records, and general clinic coordination
• Work closely with a small, collaborative in clinic team
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and high performing environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, retail, healthcare or similar people focused roles
• Backgrounds such as pharmacy/chemist, beauty therapy, or healthcare are highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide range of people
• Confidence in having meaningful conversations and influencing outcomes
• A genuine interest in learning and developing specialist knowledge
• Must be a New Zealand citizen, resident or have the right to work in New Zealand (valid visa)
