Customer Services Representative (Part-Time, On Site)
Salary: £14,900 - £16,000 depending on experience
Hours: 22.5 per week (Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Kast.
You'll bring a calm, confident presence to a fast moving environment, playing a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and helping us maintain strong, positive relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities- Acting as first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
- Listening and understanding what has happened, to take ownership through the resolution
- Help people get to a clear and fair outcome
- Liaising with internal teams, for their product experience, to support with resolutions
- Maintain accurate records in the Excel database
- Managing expectations and updating customers on progress of their case
- Feeding back ideas to improve the service
- Confident and professional phone manner, with strong listening skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- +2 years prior experience in a customer service role
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
